ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSSealed proposals will be received by The Town of Yellow Bluff at Yellow Bluff Town Hall, 80 Park Avenue, Yellow Bluff, AL 36769 until 10:00am CST on Thursday, May 14, 2026 for the construction of theSANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE TOWN OF YELLOW BLUFF- PHASE 2at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.A summary of the work items is included below:INSTALLATION OF 10 NEW RESIDENTIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS AND RELATED APPURTENANCESThe work of constructing the project will be let under one Contract if an award should be made; and the Owner reserves the right to select the Bid considered by the Owner to be in the best interest of the Owner.A cashier's check or bid bond payable to THE TOWN OF YELLOW BLUFF in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract.Complete sets of electronic Bidding Documents are available for download through Quest Construction Data Network.
