Request for ProposalADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSELFRIDA WATER IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTELFRIDA, ARIZONATRANSMISSION MAIN AND WATER CAMPUS IMPROVEMENTSGeneral NoticeElfrida Water Improvements District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Projects:Transmission Main (Project 2026-001)Water Campus Improvements (Project 2026-002)Bids for the construction of the Projects shall be received by email to the Engineer at office@adcwater.com, until May 14th, 2026, at 2:30 PM Mountain Standard Time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud via video conference. An invitation to the video conference may be obtained by requesting such at least 24 hours prior to the required time of receiving Bids by emailing office@adcwater.com.Please note that Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a Contract if awarded, in accordance with A.R.S. § 34-201.Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the Bid deemed in the best interest of the District.Separate Bids will be received for the following Contracts:Contract No. Description of Contract 2026-001 Transmission Main 2026-002 Water Campus Improvements The Work includes:2026-001 Transmission Main: Construction related to the Transmission Main (specific details available in the Bidding Documents).2026-002 Water Campus Improvements: Installation of Water Hauler Station, Bolted Steel Water Storage Tank, and Disinfection Equipment at the various water campuses within the Elfrida's water system.
