TOWN OF CAVE CREEK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION – MAY 21ST, 2026 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Cave Creek Planning Commission beginning on May 21st, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Cave Creek Town Council Chambers, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, Arizona and via a video conferencing platform to consider the following cases: Case A-26-01 Amend the Zoning Ordinance - Chapter 2 Residential Zones, Sec 2.2 Single Residence (R) Zones, related to adding Accessory Living Quarters as an allowable use in R-18 and R-35 zones.
