THE OWNER/LIEN HOLDER IS EITHER UNKNOWN OR SUCH HAS NOT MADE CONTACT WITH EAST END TOWING, TO RETRIEVE SAID VEHICLE/ITEM; OR ITEM IS BEING SOLD BY INSURANCE COMPANY AFTER DEEMED SALVAGE, OR VEHICLE HAS BEEN FORFEITED PURSUANT TO COURT ORDER AS REQUIRED BY ACT 1000 OF 1993 AND ACT 880 OF 1989; ALONG WITH ACT 392 AND ACT 841 OF 1997; ALSO ALONG WITH 1830 OF 2001.
