REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) The City of McNeil, Arkansas, is seeking Annual statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide professiohnal grant administration services, including grant writing, application preparation, and project administration. Statements will be kept on file for 2026 and used to select grant administration services as projects develop for grant applications and grant adminstration contingent upon funding award. Statements must be submitted to Mayor Dana Harris at mayor@cityofmcneilar.gov no later than Thursday, May 14, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and waive formalities deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
