REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICESThe City of Mineral Springs, Arkansas, is seeking Annual Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to pro-vide professional grant administration services, including grant writing, application preparation, and project adminis-tration. Statements will be kept on file for 2026 and used to select grant administration services as projects developfor grant applications and grant administration contingent upon funding award.
