IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CRAWFORD COUNTY, ARKANSAS

and ROBERT HUNTER DEFENDANTS
NOTICE OF QUIET TITLE ACTION
Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Crawford County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Crawford County, Arkansas:
Tract 3, Shiloh Village, the same being,
Part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 8, Township 10 North, Range 32 West, Crawford County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a existing stone being the SW corner of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, thence North 00 degrees 46 minutes West 508.0 feet long the West line of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4; to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said line North 00 degrees 46 minutes West 218.0 feet; thence East 600 feet; thence South 00 degrees 46 minutes East 218.0 feet; thence West 600.0 feet to the point of beginning containing 3.0 acres more or less, being subject to a 25 foot wide roadway easement along the East line of said tract.
Any person claiming any title or interest of any kind to such property is hereby notified to appear herein on or before thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Quiet Title Action in accordance with A.C.A. §18-60-503 to assert his or her title or interest in such property and to demonstrate why title to this property should not be quieted and confirmed in Russell H. Moses, Jr., Petitioner herein.
