RE-APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2026 - 14BE IT ENACTED BY THE QUORUM COURT OF BAXTER COUNTY, STATE OF ARKANSAS, AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED:A RE-APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE TO CORRECT WORKERS' COMPENSATION DEFICITS WITHIN PERSONAL SERVICES FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENT BUDGETS.Article 1. Affirmation: Various departments have incurred Workers' Compensation expenses more than their approved Personal Services budgets for the current fiscal year. These deficits are the result of increased premium costs and adjustments that were not fully anticipated during the budget process. To maintain accurate accounting records, comply with Arkansas budgetary requirements, and ensure that all Personal Services obligations are properly funded, it is necessary to re-appropriate funds to the affected departments.Article 2.
