Cutter Morninq Star School District Legal Notice In accordance with the Federal and State guidelines, Cutter Morning Star School District will destroy confidential Special Education records that have been inactive prior to the 2019-2020 school years. These records will be destroyed -May 14, 2026. Parents of the students or the student, providing he/she have reached age 18, have the right to review and/or request copies of this data. These records will be available at the Special Education office located at 2801 Spring Street, Hot Springs, AR. during office hours beginning 05-2-2026 or by calling 501-262-2414. Permanent records containing grades and grade levels will be maintained.
