SANDY HUCKABEE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LINDYLEE FERNEAU, DECEASED CASE NO. 43PR-26-125 NOTICE TO CREDITORS Last known address of decedent: 512 Caddo Trail, Jacksonville, LonokeCounty, Arkansas, 72076.Date of Death: February 12, 2026 An instrument dated October 12, 2018, was on the 23rd day of April, 2026, admitted to probate as the last will and testament of the above-named decedent, and Donald R. Ferneau, Jr. has been appointed as personal representative thereunder. A contest of the probate of the will can be affected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. Claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall also be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of the notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit on such estate.
