NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD The Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) is accepting public comments for REPEAL of Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Synthetic Marijuana Products, 20 CAR Pt. 204 from May 3, 2026 to June 5, 2026. The comment period is provided to allow interested parties and the public to provide any comments. The proposed rule repeal with a summary can be viewed online at healthy.arkansas.gov/resources/rules/proposed-repeal-of-rules/ or you may request a copy from our office at 501-661-2325.
