LIEN SALE NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Diamond Mine Mini Storage at 175 Guthrie Lane, Brentwood, CA 94513 will sell the contents of the storage units listed below at a public auction to satisfy a lien placed on the contents (pursuant to Division 8 Chapter 10 Sec 21700-21716 of the California Codes). The sale will take place at the website www.StorageTreasures.com on May 13, 2026 at 10:00am. The sale will be conducted under the direction of Christopher Rosa (Bond-3112562) and www.StorageTreasures.com on behalf of the facility's management. Units will be available for viewing prior to the sale on www.StorageTreasures.com. Contents will be sold for cash only to the highest bidder and paid at the facility. A 10-15% buyer's premium will be charged and a cleaning deposit required per unit. All sales are final.
