NOTICE OF SALE In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code, there being due and unpaid storage and other charges related to the storage for which Casa De Flores Mobile Home Community is entitled to a lien as Warehouse on the goods hereinafter described, and due notice having been given to those known to claim an interest, and the time specified in such notice for payment of such charges having expired, notice is hereby given that these goods will be sold at public auction at 701 E LASSEN AVE, SPACE 74, CHICO, California 95973 on May 11th, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The following is a brief description of the property to be sold: A 1976 Skyln Mobilehome, Decal Number MK4256, Serial Number(s) 01746479, unknown length, unknown width. Said mobilehome and its contents will be sold "as is" and "where is," and without any covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, mobilehome park approval, encumbrances (including taxes and fees owed to County or State) or any other matter whatsoever. Payment in the form of money order or cashier's check must be made at the time of the sale. Purchase of the mobilehome by any bidder does not include any right of possession to the mobilehome space itself, any right to resell the home on-site, or to tenancy in the park.
