NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT OF WAREHOUSE LIEN The Mobilehome located at 1001 S. Hale Ave. Space 77, Escondido, CA 92029 ("Premises") within Casa Grande Mobile Estates ("Community") and more particularly described as a Manufacturer / Tradename: CMH MANUFACTURING WEST INC / GOLDEN WEST; Serial No.: PER033461CAA & PER033461CAB; Decal No.: LBJ1652, is subject to a Warehouse Lien pursuant to Civil Code Section 798.56a. On October 28, 2025, a Three (3) Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit and a Sixty (60) Day Notice to Terminate Possession of Premises was served on the resident of the Community, Paulette Hawley and/or the Estate of Paulette Hawley. All residents and occupants have vacated the Premises, but the Mobilehome remains on the space and unpaid storage rent is accruing. The total amount of the minimum bid through April 2, 2026 is $4,165.13.
