NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the California Civil Code Section 798.56a and California Commercial Code Section 7209 and 7210, the mobilehome described as: TRADE NAME: FLAMINGO MANUFACTURED DATE: 01/01/1963 H.C.D. DECAL NO: LBA5651 SERIAL NO.: S11030 will be sold at a public auction on, Monday, May 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. , at the following location: Knolls Lodge 23701 S. Western Avenue, Space 183 Torrance, CA 90501 The parties believed to claim an interest, Roman Flores and Juan Carlos Alcantra Rosas been given notice and the time specified for payment in the notice has expired. The undersigned is entitled to a warehouse lien against said mobile home to satisfy the lien, storage, and other related charges incurred including reasonable charges of notice, advertisement, and sale.
