NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Alameda is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare Facility Condition Assessment Reports. All proposals shall be submitted in electronic format (PDF) to the City of Alameda's Public Works general mailbox at pw@alamedaca.gov by 2 p.m. on May 21, 2026. Please allow sufficient time to submit and acknowledge the submittal of your proposal. RFPs with a time stamp after 2 p.m. will not be accepted. The Electronic request for proposal for these services can only be obtained from the City of Alameda website https://www.alamedaca.gov/BUSINESS/Bids-rfps. Please note that the Alameda City Council encourages all contractors and other businesses providing services to the City to hire Alameda residents, pursuant to City Resolution No. 12278. "The City of Alameda is a charter City and any contracts into which the City enters may be subject to the provisions of its charter, which may supersede certain provisions of the Public Contract Code and other provisions of state law".
