Bids for Beaumont Library construction due March 27, 2026.

C.W. Driver has been chosen by the Beaumont Library District as the Construction Manager for the BEAUMONT LIBRARY ( “ Project ”. The Project will be constructed using the CM Multi-Prime delivery method.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:Remove modified bitumen roofing on the 1965 building and replace with PVC roofing, add acoustic panel wrap on two (2) columns in children’s collection area, and add full height tile in public and staff restrooms.
A non-mandatory job walk is scheduled for March 18, 2026, at 10:00am located at the project site: 125 East 8th Street, Beaumont, CA 92223.
Each Bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to sections 7000 et seq. of the Business and Professions Code in the following classification(s) throughout the time it submits its Bid and for the duration of the contract:

Bidding:Bids for all trades are due March 27, 2026, at 2:00 pm .Bids shall be delivered in hard copy form to the District’s office, located at 125 E 8th St, Beaumont, CA 92223, on the day of the bid. No other method of submitting Bids will be accepted.
Bidders may obtain a copy of the Contract Documents by emailing the District’s Construction Manager, C.W. Driver, Attn: Christina Cochran ccochran@cwdriver.com. Prospective bidders must provide their firm name, contact information, email address, and trade package.
