INVITATION TO BID California Construction Authority ("CCA") will be receiving sealed bids until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 through Public Purchase for the following public works project at the Silver Dollar Fair ("Fair") in Chico, CA. SILVER DOLLAR FAIR PROJECT: 003-23-075 RESILIENCY CENTER PROJECT BUDGET: $18,000,000 CCA is soliciting cost proposals for the project on behalf of the Fair for a 41,000sf Event Center. Bidder is required to possess a California Contractors B License that is active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and remain so throughout the duration of Contract. A MANDATORY PRE-JOB WALK will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 9:00 am. Interested parties are to meet at the Administration Building - 2357 Fair St, Chico, CA 95928.
