Invitation To Bid Bids are hereby requested by the City of Cloverdale for the 1st Street Sidewalk Gap Closure Engineers Estimate of Probable Cost: $280,000 - $290,000. Project Description: The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and services to construct new American with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps, including, but not limited to, traffic control; tree work; utility adjustments; asphalt conform; concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway improvements; detectable warning surfaces; sign relocation; curb painting; and thermoplastic pavement striping and markings.
