NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Coachella Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) is requesting proposals for: RFP NO. NS 27-01 - FRESH BREAD PRODUCTS - NUTRITION SERVICES Our Department represents 22 school sites, serving more than 6,000 breakfasts; 15,000 lunches; 3,000 suppers and 2,000 snacks daily. Coachella Valley Unified School District’s Nutrition Services Department is the lead agency for this proposal. No proposal shall receive consideration by CVUSD unless made in accordance with the instructions, conditions, and requirements herein, omission or non-conformance of any terms, conditions, or requirements may render the submitted proposal as non-responsive. SCOPE OF WORK The Coachella Valley Unified School District is seeking bids from qualified vendors to supply groceries and commercial food products for its meal programs, ensuring compliance with USDA, state, and local regulations. The contract will cover fresh, frozen, and packaged foods, with strict requirements for nutrition, food safety, and delivery standards. Vendors must demonstrate experience, reliability, and adherence to the Buy American Provision.
