SWINERTON BUILDERSINVITATION TO BIDFONTANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT – NEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOLBids are due Thursday, May 14th, 2026Swinerton Builders is Seeking Qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers to provide bids for the Fontana Unified School District New Elementary School #37 project located on the northeast corner of Cypress Avenue and Duncan Canyon Road in Fontana, CA. The project will consist of 4 buildings (approximately 63,000 SF), parking lots, playgrounds, solar shade structures and associated sitework.Scope of work includes: survey, final clean, SWPPP, concrete, rebar, masonry, structural steel, metal decking, rough carpentry, architectural woodwork, waterproofing, building insulation, fiber cement siding, roofing, sheet metal, doors/frames/hardware, glazing, drywall/framing, plaster, tiling, acoustical, resilient flooring, painting, specialties, signage, folding partitions, food service equipment, stage curtains, play equipment, window coverings, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, asphalt, site concrete, fences & gates, landscape & irrigation, and site utilities. * Skilled & Trained workforce requirements. * Prevailing Wage project. * Bids are to be good for 90 days from bid date.
