Request for Qualifications and Proposals No. 26-RFQ/P-PW-536 Santa Teresa Fire Station Construction Project Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Coordinator of the City of Gilroy at 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020-6197 is soliciting Qualification Statement Submittals and Sealed Cost Proposals from qualified firms to complete the Design-Build of the new Santa Teresa Fire Station Construction Project No. 26-RFQ/P-PW-536 as described in the attached Request for Qualifications. Submittals will be accepted up until 4:00 PM, Thursday, May 28, 2026. All Design-Build Entities are required to submit five (5) hard copies of their Qualification Statement Submittals and Sealed Cost Proposals, as well as a USB containing both documents. Proposals received after that time and date will not be considered. The City of Gilroy accepts no responsibility if delivery is made to another location other than location specified above and/or delayed deliveries by your chosen carrier. An evaluation team will review submitted qualifications and select up to four of the best qualified firms to move into the Proposal Evaluation round, where proposals will be evaluated and scored to determine the bid winner. The selected Design-Build Entity will then be recommended to the City Council for an agreement to complete the project.
