NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS CALLING FOR BIDSCITRUS COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Citrus Community College District (“District”) invites statement of qualifications (“RFP”) and proposals from contractors to perform progressive design-build services for the Center for Excellence Building. ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF RFP: June 4, 2026, no later than 2:00 PMhttps://www.citruscollege.edu/finance/bids.html Project Name: # 05-2526 Campuswide Roofing—Tear-off / Replacement & Alternates BID AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE AT:: https://www.citruscollege.edu/finance/bids.html All proposers are required to read and completely familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the RFQ, and to submit all necessary paperwork as specified in the RFP, which is incorporated herein by reference. The District reserves the right to postpone the opening of RFPs, accept or reject any and all RFPs, and to waive any informality in any RFP, all as the District deems to be in its own best interests. This is a public works project and is subject to prevailing wage requirements, and the successful proposer, and each of its subcontractors, shall be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Wage rates can be obtained from the District by request. All proposers, and all subcontractors listed in any proposal, must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to California Labor Code section 1725.5. The Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. Contractors shall be required to provide payment and performance bonds for the project. Firms submitting RFPs must provide an enforceable commitment to the District that the entity and its subcontractors at every tier will use a skilled and trained workforce to perform all work on the Project or contract that falls within an apprenticeable occupation in the building and construction trades. Contractors must have a Class A or B license. A Mandatory site walk will occur on May 6 th 2026 at Citrus Community College District, Purchasing Office, 1000 West Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, CA 91741.
