Elsinore Valley Municipal Water DistrictAnnual Prequalification of Contractors Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) is now prequalifying contractors for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027). EVMWD has determined that all prime contractors bidding on Capital Improvement Projects must be prequalified prior to their submission of bids. No bid will be accepted from a contractor that is not prequalified. EVMWD will be conducting the prequalification process online through the PB SystemTM, a fully automated web-based vendor and bid management system. Visit https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=32069 to register with the system or update your profile; complete the “Prequalification” tab in its entirety to apply for prequalification. The prequalification application period will close at 5:30PM PST on May 1, 2026. Applications submitted after that date/time will not be reviewed.
