CITY OF LEMOORE – ON‑CALL WELL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICESNOTICE INVITING PROPOSALSThe City of Lemoore is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide on‑call well and pump maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, and related services for the City’s potable water well facilities.Proposals must be submitted on the City‑provided proposal forms, under sealed cover, clearly marked “City of Lemoore – On‑Call Well Maintenance and Repair Services”, and delivered to the City Clerk at 711 W. Cinnamon Drive, Lemoore, California 93245, no later than the deadline stated in the Request for Proposals.PROJECT DESCRIPTION This is an on‑call, unit‑rate services contract. The City does not guarantee any minimum amount of work.Services may include, but are not limited to: * Pump and motor pulling and reinstallation * Well inspections and condition assessments * Downhole video inspections * Pump efficiency testing * Minor mechanical and electrical repairs * Chlorination and chemical treatment * Emergency response services, 24 hours per day, 7 days per weekWork will be authorized by the City on a task‑order basis as needs arise.PREVAILING WAGE NOTICE This contract is primarily a services agreement.
