INVITATION TO BID Please Note That This Is A Rebid As The Previous Solicitation Only Produced One Bid. The Bear River Band of Rohnerville Rancheria (BRB) respectfully requests bids from responsive, responsible, qualified, and licensed Contractors for the Tish Non Village Development Elder Village Phase II Project located in Loleta, Humboldt County, California. The scope of the project includes a total of three (3) 1-bedroom, 1-bath tiny homes, approximately 500 s.f. and ADA accessible. These homes will include utility connections, ac paving at parking, door landing, and driveways. BID PACKETS The Instructions to Bidders & Contracting Manuals, as well as plan-sets are available in electronic (PDF) format. PREBID CONFERENCE An optional pre-bid meeting will be held starting at the Job site on Friday May 1st, 2026 at 11 AM PST. General Contractors wishing to submit a bid are encouraged to attend, and any prospective bidding subcontractors are strongly urged to attend the pre-bid meeting and inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance of the contract to the extent such information is reasonably obtainable. In no event will a failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for withdrawal of a bid after opening, or constitute grounds for a claim of additional cost or contract time extension following contract award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid does not exceed the amount of funds estimated by the owner to be available for construction of the project.
