The Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA), a local public agency exercising joint powers of Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy, the Conejo Recreation and Park District, and the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District pursuant to Section 6500, et seq. of the Government Code, seeks shuttle services to and from Escondido Canyon Park from May 23rd, 2026, to September 7th, 2026 (weekends only, including holidays). Shuttle capacity of 14 to 20 persons will be required, along with ADA accessibility. Contractors will provide the necessary insurance, vehicles, and vehicle operators.
Bidders must register with Sara Kelly at: Sara.Kelly@mrca.ca.gov by Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, at noon. All Requests for Interpretation and questions must be submitted by email to Sara Kelly at: Sara.Kelly@mrca.ca.gov by Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 at 5pm.
