NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS Special Education Student Services RFP No. 26/27-001NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chaffey Joint Union High School District (hereinafter called DISTRICT) 211 W. Fifth Street, Ontario, County of San Bernardino, State of California, 91762 acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed proposals for the award of Special Education Student Services, RFP No. 26/27-001.All Proposals shall be made on form(s) furnished by the DISTRICT. Proposals must be received in the office of the Director of Purchasing at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026. Proposal must conform with and be responsive to the contract documents, copies of which are on file and may be obtained from the office of the Director of Purchasing.All requests for information and/or clarification regarding the Proposal documents shall be submitted via e-mail to Kristine Rangel, at kristine.rangel@cjuhsd.net. Requests must be submitted no later than Friday, April 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Any request made after such date will not be responded to.The Chaffey Joint Union High School District and its Board of Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals in whole or in part, to be the sole judges of the merits and qualifications of items offered, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Proposals.Proposers may not withdraw their Proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of Proposals. Refer to the Proposal documents for additional information, terms, and conditions.
