INVITATION FOR BIDS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is soliciting bids from qualified firms for IFB 26-09 VENDING MACHINE CONCESSION SERVICES. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The City of Palm Springs is requesting Bids from qualified firms to provide the City with vending machine concession services at specified City of Palm Springs locations. OBTAINING IFB DOCUMENTS AND ADDENDA: The IFB document may be downloaded via Planetbids at the following link: https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal /47688/portal-home. PREBID CONFERENCE: A PreBID conference will be held on April 21, 2026, at 8:00 am PST virtually. All bidders are encouraged to attend. DEADLINE: All bids must be electronically received through the PlanetBids e-bidding system via the link provided in the IFB no later than 2:00 p.m., PST May 13, 2026. at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.
