NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS Folsom Cordova Unified School District (hereinafter "District") invites proposals from contractors for a lease-leaseback contract for Reroofing at Various Schools in Rancho Cordova. Copies of the RFP containing further details can be found here: https://www.fcusd.org/departments/facilities-planning/request-for-proposals or by contacting the District at Facilities-RFP@fcusd.org. All proposers are required to read and completely familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the RFP, and to submit all necessary paperwork as required of proposer as specified in the RFP. The District reserves the right to postpone the opening of proposals, accept or reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informality in any proposal, all as District deems to be in its own best interests. This is a public works project and is subject to prevailing wage requirements and the successful proposer, and each of its subcontractors, shall be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Wage rates can be obtained from the District by request. All proposers, and all subcontractors listed in any proposal, must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to California Labor Code section 1725.5.
