The San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) activities. TBS Program is to provide one-to-one mental health services available 24/7 to children/youth with serious emotional challenges who are under 21 and who are eligible for a full array of Medi-Cal benefits without restrictions or limitations (i.e., full-scope EPSDT Medi-Cal). The Contract period will be for a five (5) year period beginning on January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031.
A proposal conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on: Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM (local time). Please view the RFP in ePro for the Microsoft Teams login details and the RFP contact information, which can be accessed as detailed below.
