NOTICE CALLING FOR PROPOSALS DISTRICT:TUSTIN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICTPROPOSAL DEADLINE:May 12, 2026, at 2:00 pmNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tustin Unified School District, acting by and through its Governing Board and the Information Technology Department, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT,” will receive up to, BUT not later than the above-stated RFP deadline, proposals for the following project: RFP #2026/2027-02: Microsoft Surface Repairs Each proposal must conform to and be responsive to this notice, the information for the RFP Number, the specifications, and all other documents comprising the RFP. All parts of the RFP will be posted to the TUSD website at:https://www.tustin.k12.ca.us/departments/admin-services/it-rfpsProposals wishing consideration MUST be submitted via email to: itdirector@tustin.k12.ca.us.It is the respondent’s responsibility to verify the receipt of the proposal. E-mail is limited to 20MB in size. All materials submitted must be in electronic format. Time is of the essence. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the RFP process, and to award the contract according to the proposal that best serves the interests of the District.
