NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT SOLANO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA will receive bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, coordination, transportation, and services necessary for the completion of the: Nut Tree Airport (VCB), Northeast Hangar Taxilanes Reconstruction and Drainage Improvements, Phase 2B Project at 301 County Airport Rd., Vacaville, CA. General Statement of Work: The Project consists of reconstruction of the Northeast Hangar Taxilanes pavement, which provides access to the northern hangars (approximate area of 12,300 square yards), including drainage improvements. Work will include the following elements: Removal of the existing asphalt pavement and underlying base course; Construction of a full depth pavement section (asphalt concrete, aggregate base, and lime treated subgrade); Construction of portland cement concrete valley gutters; Installation of storm drain piping and catch basins; Initial and final pavement markings. Contractor must possess a current and valid California Contractor's License Class A, at time of award and throughout project (Business and Professions Code � 7028.15). This project is funded under FAA Airport Improvement Program and Airport Infrastructure Grant. Contractors at every tier must comply with applicable federal requirements including but not limited to: Buy American Preference, Civil Rights, Davis-Bacon Requirements, Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, Veteran's Preference, Debarment and Suspension, Lobbying and Influencing Federal Employees, and Procurement of Recovered Materials., as contained in the bid documents. Each bid must be in accordance with the bid documents, construction drawings, and specifications. Bids shall be submitted electronically ONLY via the Solano County's eProcurement website and are due no later than 2:00 pm (PST) on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at which time, the County will access and evaluate all bids in accordance with the County of Solano's specifications and contract documents. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that electronically submitted bids are successfully accepted in OpenGov before the bid submittal deadline. The receipt time on the OpenGov website will be the governing time for the acceptability of bids. Bidders shall visit the e-procurement portal for any updates, changes, or supplemental information regarding this solicitation prior to and after the bid submission date.
