NOTICE INVITING BIDS
A-1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN - Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Victorville, California, for furnishing and delivering, to the designated point within the City of Victorville, 2025 Ford F750 Compacting Rear Loader Trash Truck, Project #JM25-125, as described in the specifications for this item(s).
A-2 DATE OF OPENING BIDS - Bids shall be received by the Finance Department at City Hall located at 14343 Civic Drive, Victorville, California, 92392, until 2:00 P.M. (PST), on May 28, 2026 at which time the City Clerk will publicly open the bids at a virtual meeting, which will be livestreamed via ZOOM, https://victorvilleca-gov.zoom.us/j/89186236993. Meeting ID: 891 8623 6993 immediately following the specified bid closing time. Interested parties may visit Victorville City Hall, Conference Room A, to observe the bid opening via ZOOM. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, scope of work, etc. must request it in writing to the Purchasing Division of Finance Department.
A-3 OBTAINING BID PROPOSAL FORMS – Bidders may download the Bid Documents associated with this Project from the City’s eProcurement Portal, OpenGov at: City of Victorville Procurement Portal · RFP · RFQ · RFI. Those registered will be included in a planholders (followers) list and may receive notices such as revisions to the plans or addenda.
