City of Aliso Viejo Cedarbrook Pavement Rehabilitation Project Between Glenwood Drive and Aliso Viejo Parkway NOTICE INVITING BIDS The City of Aliso Viejo (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the subject project at the Aliso Viejo City Clerk’s Office located at Aliso Viejo City Hall, 12 Journey, Suite 100, Aliso Viejo California, no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The work includes the following: grinding existing asphalt pavement, placing AC with fibers, full depth asphalt removal and replacement, curb ramp improvements, thermoplastic striping and markings, traffic control, and raising utility manholes, and utility valve covers. The engineer’s estimate for this work is approximately $950,000. The Contractor shall have forty (40) working days after the starting date specified in the Notice to Proceed to complete the work.
