LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS (RFQP)RFQP NO. 26-0327 Printing Services (RE-BID OF RFQP 26-0125) Type of Solicitation: Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQP).The Alvord Unified School District hereby issues this Request For Qualifications and Proposals (RFQP) to establish a bench list of qualified printing services vendors. The District is seeking qualified firms to provide commercial printing services and related support on an as-needed basis for District departments and schools. Placement on the bench list does not guarantee that a contract will be issued or that any vendor will receive any work. If the District elects to issue a contract or purchase order (if any), it may do so with one or more bench-listed vendor(s) at the District’s sole discretion. Respondents must possess all required business licenses and permits necessary to operate a printing service in the State of California and Riverside County. This includes, but is not limited to, a valid business license, seller’s permit, and any other state, federal, or local permits required for the lawful operation of a printing business. Vendor shall provide full-time personnel with professional experience in commercial printing services. All staff assigned to this project must demonstrate relevant experience in printing operations, quality control, and project management. Bench List / Contract Term (if awarded): If the District elects to enter into a contract with one or more bench-listed vendor(s), the anticipated initial term of any such contract shall be for one (1) year , with up to four (4) one-year renewal options at the District’s discretion. Non-Exclusive Award / District Discretion: The District reserves the right to reject all submissions; establish a bench list of qualified vendor(s); issue one or more contract(s) and/or purchase order(s) with one or more bench-listed vendor(s) as needed; award by line item or lot; and/or request project-specific quotations from some or all bench-listed vendor(s), all as determined by the District in its sole discretion. Vendor Selection CriteriaThe selection of vendors for this RFQP will be determined based on the completeness of each submitted proposal. Proposals must demonstrate full compliance with the instructions outlined in this RFQP. Additionally, vendors must show relevant experience in providing services to K-12 educational institutions. No respondent may withdraw their proposal for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the deadline of proposals.
