SAN RAMON VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT 699 OLD ORCHARD DRIVE DANVILLE, CA 94526 NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the San Ramon Valley Unified School District (hereinafter referred to as "District") in the town of Danville, County of Contra Costa, State of California desires to solicit qualified proposals for the following: RFP# 958 BREAD PRODUCTS Bid Due: Thursday, April 30, 2026 @ 3:00pm (Pacific Time) Details about each RFB can be found at http:/www.srvusd.net/ activebids. Each bid must be sealed, marked with the RFP # 958 and TITLE: BREAD PRODUCTS and returned no later than the date and time specified above. Bids must be delivered to Purchasing within the Business Department for the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, 699 Old Orchard Road, Danville, CA 94526. Bids will be publicly opened at that time. The district will not receive bids after the time set for opening thereof. It shall be the full responsibility of all bidders to ensure that bids are delivered to the above Office by the time and date stated. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to assure that the bid is received by Purchasing staff prior to the opening deadline date and time. The District will not be responsible for late deliveries by U.S. mail or any other means. Late, unsealed, unlabeled, incomplete quotes, or quotes otherwise not in compliance with the General Conditions of this Request to Bid, will be rejected. By submitting a response, the bidder acknowledges and accepts the General Conditions and all terms contained in this bid. Faxed bids will not be accepted. All bids shall be on the form provided for by the District.
