(1) FRESNO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP No. 26-46 Portrait of a Learner   NOTICE OF INVITATION Notice is hereby given that Fresno Unified School District (DISTRICT) is soliciting Request for Proposals for RFP No. 26-46, Portrait of a Learner (PoL). Phase I of RFP is the initial qualifications and solution-fit stage for a two-phase procurement focused on PoL solutions for assessments and portfolios. The District seeks solutions that can support a coherent learning and evidence architecture aligned to deeper learning, authentic performance, student reflection, feedback and revision, and the District's evolving Portrait of a Learner and Instructional Learning Framework. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled Monday, April 13, 2026 at  10:00 AM.  The virtual Pre-preproposal conference will be hosted via Teams with options to join in online or over the phone.  Instructions are posted on Procureware. Proposals will be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on April 24, 2026, on Procureware, the District's online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home.  Qualifications received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted.  Facsimile (FAX), mailed or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted.
