NOTICE TO BIDDERS / INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that the governing board (“Board”) of the Hemet Unified School District (“District”) will receive sealed bids to construct the following project: FAC2026-06 Shade Shelter Modifications ProjectSites: Bautista Creek Elementary School, Dartmouth Middle School, and Valle Vista Elementary School Required Contractor License: B Important Dates: Bid Opening: Contractors must submit sealed bids on or before 2:00 p.m., April 14, 2026 , at the District Office Facilities Department, located at 1791 W. Acacia Ave. , Hemet , California 92545. To obtain the complete bidder instructions and project manual, a full set of documents may be requested by visiting: https://www.hemetusd.org/documents/departments/facilities-%26-planning/open-bids/804244 . The District’s Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract , the security of unsuccessful Bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made.
