NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Benito High School District (District) is requesting
proposals from developers to develop a holistic community incorporating residential housing,
retail and commercial spaces, and District facilities at the District's property located at the
intersection of Best Road and California State Route 25.
Respondents to this Request for Proposals (RFP) should submit an electronic copy of their
proposal in PDF format (Proposal) via email with the subject "Mixed-Use Developer RFP -
[Respondent's Name] Proposal" to:
