Work to include: Demolition and Renovation of interior - Floors, walls, ceilings - Lighting & Electrical - Commercial grade kitchen - Mini-Split (3 heads), - 1300cfm ERV- 462 sq ft addition - roofing including roof deck insulation - paving at Third & Saderlund Street, new trench drain new storm drain - accessible parking and sidewalk improvements - partial demolishment of roof, CMU walls, and foundation elements. - Addition of corner tower and gabled entry - Addition of aluminum framed windows into existing CMU wall.
