NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS Kentfield School District (hereinafter "District") invites proposals from contractors for a lease-leaseback contract to perform construction services for the A.E. Kent Middle School Roofing Project ("Project"). Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) containing further details may be obtained by contacting Diana Garbuzov at diana@greystonewest.com and copy Damien Lee at damien@greystonewest.com. All proposers are required to read and completely familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the RFP, and to submit all necessary paperwork as specified in the RFP, which is incorporated herein by reference. The District reserves the right to postpone the opening of proposals, accept or reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informality in any proposal, all as District deems to be in its own best interests. This is a public works project and is subject to prevailing wage requirements and the successful proposer, and each of its subcontractors, shall be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Wage rates can be obtained from the District by request. All proposers, and all subcontractors listed in any proposal, must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to California Labor Code section 1725.5. The Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. Contractors shall be required to provide payment and performance bonds for the project. Contractors must have a B license. No site walk will occur. No prequalification is required. The deadline for submitting proposals shall be 2:00 p.m. on April 13, 2026.
