CITY OF LA PUENTE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT BID NO. 26596 NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF LARGE SPECIES SHADE TREES AT LA PUENTE DOG KENNEL PARK Public notice is hereby given that the City of La Puente ("AGENCY"), invites sealed bids for the abovestated project and will receive such bids in the office of the City Clerk public counter in the City Hall, 15900 East Main Street, La Puente, California 91744, up to the hour of 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. The project includes, but is not limited to, the purchase and planting of 5 large species mature shade trees at La Puente Dog Kennel Park located at 16550 Old Valley Boulevard, ranging in age from 20 years to 30+ and heights at time of planting from 16 feet to 25 feet. The successful bidder will be required to provide a weather protection/warranty program consisting of at least one free tree replacement within the first year.
