NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS On-Call Engineering Services for Lake County Special Districts Lake County, CA Lake County Special Districts invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering, construction management and construction inspection services for Lake County Special Districts. Proposals must be received at or before 2:00 p.m. (PST) on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Four (4) sealed (3 bound and 1 unbound) and one electronic copy of your signed proposal shall be delivered in person, or by mail to the following address: Robin Borre, Administrator Lake County Special Districts 230 N. Main Street Lakeport, CA 95453 Email: robin.borre@lakecountyca.gov The envelopes must be clearly marked as "REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR SPECIAL DISTRICTS." Lake County Special Districts (District) is looking to establish on-call engineering contract(s) for various engineering services related to water and wastewater treatment and facilities, design services, construction management and inspection services for capital projects. The firm may propose on one or more of the specified services needed. The individual projects and tasks will be funded with various funding sources including State and Federal grants, local enterprise funds, loans and other infrastructure funding options.
