REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Respondents are invited to provide the Long Beach Utilities Department (LBUD) proposals to provide On-Call Professional Engineering Services.LBUD maintains a slate of on-call professional engineering service consultants and is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from experienced consultants to provide engineering and support services relative to the following programs and special tasks: pipeline improvements, pump station improvements, pipeline condition assessment, tank rehabilitation, cathodic protection, groundwater wells, hydraulic modeling, groundwater treatment plant improvements, water resources planning, traffic control engineering design, structural evaluation and design, SCADA support services, landscape design and restoration, electrical support services, architectural design and consultation, grant writing services, gas regulatory compliance support services, and other miscellaneous engineering support services,Proposals are due by 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 24, 2026, and shall be submitted electronically using the city’s procurement website, Long Beach Buys.
