NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Cedar Lane Playground Paving Replacement

Notice is hereby given that the Marysville Joint Unified School District, County of Yuba, State of California will receive sealed proposals for the Cedar Lane Playground Paving Replacement Project # 8356, Bid# 26-1019. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00am on April 23, 2026, at the Marysville Joint Unified School District, Purchasing Department, Room 215, located at 1919 B Street, Marysville, CA 95901, at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Faxed bids will not be accepted.

Mandatory bidder’s conference will be held at Cedar Lane Elementary, 841 Cedar Ln. Olivehurst, CA 95961 on April 9, 2026 at 10:00am. Contractors to meet at school administration office to check in. Any inquiries to site or staff of school, or visit to site other than job walk, will deem bid non-responsive.

Scope of Work: The project will consist of, but is not limited to:

Asphalt paving replacement and installation of playground equipment.

Contractor’s License required: General A

Bid documents, including plans and specifications are posted on the District’s website: www.mjusd.com/bid .
