Invitation for Bids Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) Utility Construction The Nevada County Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Nevada County Facilities Department, is accepting Sealed bids until the hour of 3:00 p.m., Wednesday April 1, 2026, for Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) Utility ConstructionThe work to be performed includes the following:In general, the work to be completed consists of extension of utilities to proposed building site with restoration of soils, concrete structures and paving affected by excavation, testing and acceptance of work by utilities and permitting agencies. Engineer’s Estimate for this Project = $187,000 Begin work on April 15, 2026 at the latest Work must be completed by August 15, 2026 Questions regarding the work or the contract documents shall be submitted online on Public Purchase .Contractor will be required to possess a CLASS A contractor’s license at the time the bid is submitted.
