REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Executive Search Firm - Superintendent Recruitment Oxnard Union HSD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Executive Search Firm - Superintendent Recruitment March 20, 2026 NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Oxnard Union High School District of Ventura County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District, will receive up to, but no later than April 14, 2026 by 4PM, electronic proposals for the award of a contract for: RFP #722 Executive Search Firm - Superintendent Recruitment Proposals must be received electronically via email to richard.urias@oxnardunion.org (Asst. Supt. Business Services) on or before April 14, 2026 by 2PM. Email subject lines must include "RFP #721 Executive Search Firm - Superintendent Recruitment". Questions can be emailed to richard.urias@oxnardunion.org. The deadline for questions is April 7, 2026, 4PM. Proposals not received by the specified date and time will not be viewed. Any proposal that is submitted after the due date and time shall be considered nonresponsive. Each vendor is solely responsible for timely submission of its proposal; the District is not responsible for any technological issues in a vendor's ability to timely submit its proposal or portion thereof.
