REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is requesting proposals from qualified firms for RFP 05-26 Owner’s Representative for Palm Springs Convention Center Renovation and Expansion Project. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of work will consist of owner representative services on behalf of the City of Palm Springs generally defined by three stages, Stage 1: interior and exterior renovations and capital improvement projects, Stage 2: urban connectivity project and Stage 3: east expansion. OBTAINING RFP DOCUMENTS AND ADDENDA: The RFP document may be downloaded via Planetbids at the following link: https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/47688/portal-home. PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A Preproposal conference will be held on April 16, 2026, at 2:00 pm PDT virtually. All proposers are encouraged to attend. DEADLINE: All proposals must be electronically received through the PlanetBids e-bidding system via the link provided in the RFP no later than 2:00 p.m., PDT May 4, 2026.
