NOTICE INVITING BIDS The Pebble Beach Community Services District will receive sealed bids only at the District Office, 3101 Forest Lake Road, Pebble Beach, CA 93953 until 2:00 PM local time on May 14, 2026 for work entitled: PHASE IV UNDERGROUNDING OF OVERHEAD UTILITIES The work is to furnish any and all labor, materials, and equipment for undergrounding approximately four miles of overhead utility lines. The contract time is 600 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. A mandatory pre-bidding conference will be held at the District Office at 10:00 AM on April 9, 2026.
